Click on the three dots near the top right of the post you\u2019d like to get rid of. <\/em><\/figcaption><\/span><\/p>\n<\/figure>\n\nA small menu will pop up, offering you several options:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n<\/source><\/picture>\n

A menu will pop up that you can use to hide, snooze, or unfollow posts.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/span><\/p>\n<\/figure>\n\nIf you wish to just hide that one post, click Hide post<\/strong>.<\/li>\nHowever, if you wish to temporarily hide all posts from that person, you can also select Snooze [Name] for 30 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\nAlternatively, for a more long-term solution, you can simply click Unfollow [Name]<\/strong>. You will not see any posts from that page, person, or group. However, you\u2019ll continue to stay friends with and follow that person, page, or group.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nAnd that\u2019s it! As a side note, though, if you don\u2019t wish to remove the profile\u2019s posts entirely but simply see less of them, it might be a good idea to tap on Favorites<\/strong>. This will prioritize the posts of people and pages you want to see more of in your feed. You may still see the posts you don\u2019t want to view, but it likely won\u2019t be as often.<\/p>\nHow to reconnect with a profile whose posts you\u2019ve hidden <\/h2>\n Don\u2019t worry: if you ever wish to turn off a Snooze or follow somebody back, Facebook also offers a number of ways for you to do so. One of these is through customizing your feed.<\/p>\n
\nClick <\/strong>on your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner and select Settings & privacy<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n<\/source><\/picture>\n

After selecting \u201cFeed,\u201d you\u2019ll see options that will allow you to undo a \u201cSnooze,\u201d follow profiles back, and more.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/span><\/p>\n<\/figure>\n\nIf you wish to turn off Snooze, simply click Snooze<\/strong> and then tap on the blue clock<\/strong> next to the profile, page, or group. Now next time you come across a relative\u2019s cringeworthy, most definitely politically incorrect Facebook post, you can just hit \u201cSnooze.\u201d When you\u2019re ready, you can undo it whenever you please \u2014 and nobody will suspect a thing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
