A very real regulatory filing<\/a> with the Securities and Exchange Commission reflects how no, this play on the term \u201cblockhead\u201d is not a joke. Yet like Elon Musk \u2014 who declared himself \u201cTechnoking<\/a>\u201d in March 2021 \u2014 the change may indeed be for the <\/span>lolz<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThere will be no changes in Mr. Dorsey\u2019s roles and responsibilities, and he will continue to serve as principal executive officer of the Company,\u201d the filing reads. Brutally, the filing also notes that the change was made \u201cat his request.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
