According to the company, the target for this round is $6 million.<\/p>\n The idea behind CorrActions is to use sensors that are already built into the car to monitor the driver\u2019s micro muscle movements. These movements, the company argues, can reflect brain activity that CorrActions\u2019 algorithms can then evaluate to check if the driver is tired, distracted or intoxicated. Simply using a cell phone and watching users interact with an app, CorrActions CEO Ilan Reingold<\/a> told me during a meeting in Israel earlier this year, the company can determine blood alcohol levels with 90% accuracy and zero false positives (CorrActions previously worked with Volkswagen on a POC for this).<\/p>\n
