Update June 2nd, 4:02PM ET: <\/strong><\/em>Walmart has sold out of both PlayStation 5 consoles and bundles for today\u2019s restock.<\/em><\/p>\n

We\u2019re still seeing short or no supply of PlayStation 5 consoles at many retailers and going weeks between new nationwide restocks. Hopefully, this summer will prove more fruitful, especially now that retailers like Amazon are taking invite requests to buy a PS5<\/a>. As for a more imminent restock, Walmart has a scheduled one that\u2019s happening now.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re a Walmart Plus subscriber, you can queue up right now for the standard $499 disc drive-equipped PS5<\/a>, the $399 PS5 Digital Edition<\/a>, and the new $549 PS5 bundle containing Horizon Forbidden West<\/em><\/a> \u2014 as well as a similar bundle with the PS5 Digital Edition for $449<\/a>. <\/p>\n

This is yet another restock that\u2019s exclusive to paying Walmart Plus members, though, since we had advance notice, you hopefully had time to pay the minimum $12.95 for one month of membership<\/a> ahead of the drop. Yes, you get other perks from Walmart, like free deliveries, but we\u2019re ultimately just paying to play the restock game. Though, remember that you can always cancel the subscription once you land your shiny new console.<\/p>\n

As for landing the console, feel free to try it on a desktop browser and the Walmart app on your phone simultaneously. Once you\u2019re brought into a queue, be ready to hang tight. Remain patient and don\u2019t abandon your spot in line until the restock event concludes, especially since Walmart often loads inventory on its site in waves. Once your turn comes around, you have 10 minutes to check out with a PS5. Since you need to be a Walmart Plus subscriber, your billing and shipping info should already be good to go.<\/p>\n
